Security Deposit:
A refundable deposit of Rs 30,000/- is required at the time of pickup.
Exchanges Policy:
Once booked, dresses can be exchanged within 7 days.
Payments:
Payments can be refunded within 2 days of booking; after the expiry of this time period, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Late Returns:
A penalty of Rs 5,000/- per day will be deducted from the deposit for delayed returns.
Dry Cleaning Charges:
Rs 3,000/- will be deducted per outfit for professional cleaning upon return.
Damage Charges:
Additional fees will apply for any damage to the dress.
